جورج راجر واترز (متولد 6 سپتامبر 1943) یک خواننده انگلیسی، موسیقی دان و فعال سیاسی است. در سال 1965، او گروه راک پینک فلوید را به عنوان باسیست تاسیس کرد. پس از خروج آهنگ اصلی گروه Syd Barret در سال 1968، آب ها تبدیل به متخصص اصلی پینک فلوید، رهبر صوتی و مفهومی مشترک تا زمان خروج او در سال 1985 شد. پینک فلوید به موفقیت بین المللی با آلبوم های مفهوم "The Dark Side of the Moon" (1973)، Wish You Were Here (1975)، حیوانات (1973)، دیوار (1979) و Final Cut (1983) دست یافت.
